While applying the appropriate hard and soft skills, organizations are most of the time not staffed to run projects next to their daily core business. Others do have projects as their core business but are temporary understaffed or need a project manager with specific skills, knowledge and experience.

WPMS can supply you project managers on a temporary basis (short or long term) to run your projects from A (idea, business case or project charter) to Z (closure), if you recognize yourself in one of these cases. This can be done with your own project resources or with support of additional WPMS workers (see Technical Services).
