Management & People Business Manager - Project Manager
Thanks to his technical competence, leadership, soft and linguistic skills (English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch) he worked his way through this highly technological industry, where small margins go together with short project duration times, high requirements and enormous flexibility. He decided in 2004 to place his gained knowledge and experience within this international environment in service of all industries worldwide. That explains the company name Worldwide Project Management Services. Other industries in which he already was active: chemical, food and energy industry. Christ Lemmens, of education Industrial Engineer Electricity – Specialization Electronics. As Country Manager at Gould Electronics N.V. - Belgium, Division Manager at AEG N.V. - Belgium, Global Key Account Manager for GM/OPEL at AEG-Schneider Automation GmbH - Germany and Director Programme Management at Schneider Electric GmbH – Germany, he built up a 25+ years experience in B2B, discrete & process industrial automation business on a national and international scale. In 2003 Christ Lemmens founded Xyvlin bvba and was active as Project Manager in the automotive Industry for Opel, Volkswagen, Land Rover and Magna. The above mentioned
experiences made of him a strong analytical, strategic, systematic,
project oriented, result driven, consistent and persistent person with
strong communication skills. Thanks to a 10 year employment in Germany,
he is fluent in German. Other languages spoken: Dutch (mother tongue),
French and English.
Eddy started his career in 1964 as a Project Engineer for electrical and instrumentation projects by ENI (now Fabricom) to leave ENI in 1974 as Head of the Industrial Projects Department. After being Technical Director of Europower NV during 3 years, Head of the Instrumentation and Nuclear Projects Department by ENI during the next 6 years, Eddy ended his career as employee on a permanent basis as Member of the Management Committee of Egemin during 6 years. In 1993 Eddy founded Anacom bvba. As freelance consultant and electrical engineering company, he did national and international projects for ENI, Elro (now Imtech), Cegelec, Sunvic, Fabricom, Qualitek and Imtech Projects in various industrial sectors (Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmacy, Automotive, …). As a result Eddy speaks fluent English, French, Dutch (mother tongue) and German. During the academic year 1994-1995 Eddy was Chairman of the Programme Commission of the EHSAL Management School for the course in Project Management. Eddy is also one of the co-founders of the I(nstrument) S(ociety) of A(merica) Belgium.
He started his career in 1990 as a Project Engineer in Procter & Gamble for which he was active in the USA and Venezuela to become Manufacturing Manager and later on Project Manager in 1995. From 1998 Juan Martínez hold the position of Regional Project Director at the Latin American Headquarters in Caracas, Venezuela for this manufacturer of consumer goods. In this position he led and controlled the regional project team for Latin America and did the coordination of the global production projects: scheduling and controlling the activities in the Latin-American region; cost estimates and control of the project budgets; the safety and quality assurance. He was a formal member of the Global Project Management Team within P&G (consultancy, training and recruiting). In 2004 Juan Martínez moved to Europe and became International Project Director for TSI Engineering in Madrid - Spain, where he is based at the moment. The above mentioned experiences gave him a vast knowledge and competence in project management of construction and implementation projects of new technologies and production systems. He has a proven competence in managing multifunctional teams and expertise in cost management and budget control. Further on he has a lot of negotiating, communicating and presentation skills. Thanks to his employment of more than 10 years in a multinational organization, Juan Martínez speaks Spanish (mother tongue), English and French.
